My car broke down on their road, and they tried to jump my battery, then invited me in to wait inside with water and AC until the tow truck arrived. They even offered to drive me to O'Reilly down the road if need be. They went out of their way to help someone they didn't know who was just having a rough start to his day.nnSome may think that this is all irrelevant to a business review, but I'll argue that it couldn't be more important.
