So, I received my deposit today, and even if I did not receive a full deposit upon our leaving the rental I would have left the same review. Everything about our rental experience was just what I would expect! Having not rented for over 27 years, I was unsure as to what renting looked like in Davidson County 2020. I am happy to say that Jim Hodge at Apex and all of the maintenance crews took great care of us. Although the house was not new, it was clean, the cleanest of any rental property I toured (including more 'modern' properties). Floors, cabinets, carpets all clean and move in ready. All systems were working and when something went wrong, the response was immediate. Every item was fixed asap and by professional technicians that were respectful and mindful of my time and space. Without a doubt, if I ever have to rent again I will call Apex. Thank you!

Apex is the company our HOA board hired to manage our community. They are unprofessional and unresponsive! We have had a massive issue dealing with them on a drainage project that has gone very wrong and has severely damaged (and continuous to flood homes) our property as well as the two properties on either side of ours. They have not handled this situation with any sense of urgency. We have emailed and called and requested a resolution many, many times now. This past week they have not responded to a single email we have sent. We gave them an opportunity to work with us on a resolution before we posted any reviews, etc. We have been reached out to the owner of Apex and he is dismissive and not helpful. They could care less about helping improve the communities they manage. I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THEM FOR YOUR PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SERVICES! If they even try and act as if this review is un-warranted then I will gladly post all communication that has been sent for the last several months and a video of our current yard as well as the dismissive two sentence response from the owner of Apex lack of responses since.

Dealing with Apex was great, Ethan was very responsive to our requests and I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Nashville market.

I’ve had a great experience the past 2 years renting a house in Nashville from Apex Ventures. Ethan and his team have been quick and responsive to any questions I’ve had or issues that have come up. If you’re in need of a new place to live I would highly recommend leasing a property fromnApex Ventures!
