The team at Octave has been very helpful and accommodating. Alison goes above and beyond to make sure that you are happy with your stay. Everyone is also very understanding. I highly recommend!

Have really enjoyed the management here! SO friendly, always willing to help out, genuinely care for the residents and are attentive to needs. Great amenities and nice apartment units as well. Definitely would recommend!

Attempted to lease an apartment here a few years ago. Got all the way up to signing the lease, and they informed me that the deal which lured me to Octave in the first place was good only for the day I came in to look at units. I would have to pay way more a month in rent for my chosen unit. What a bait and switch. It had my head spinning, and I spun right out the door never to return.

Good luck getting someone to answer the phone at the front desk. Its impossible getting in touch with anyone at this place. It's as if they purposely don't answer the phone here.

The apartments are great and the staff is even greater. Mayer has helped me so much since the day I moved in, I’m beyond thankful to him and the rest of management!!
