Liz with Southern Athena represented us in a house sale and truly astounded me with her organization, knowledge, diligence, approach to pricing and attracting buyers, and negotiating on our behalf. We had ten showings the first weekend and multiple offers on a house all the way out in Woodbury! She went to bat for us so many times and saved the day when a seller’s agent and lender were proving less that scrupulous. Everyone needs a Liz on their side: if you are in Middle Tennessee, don’t settle for anyone else!

She was in our corner the whole time we were searching for a home and even got us in to see a house before its first official showing, we wound up having our offer accepted that night!nnWe particularly enjoyed the savvy advice she had to offer when bidding a house, it really made us comfortable and confident that we were working with the right person to get us into a great house in a challenging housing market like Nashville.nnNot only did we make a friend during the home buying process, but she'll be the first person we call the next time we think about buying property.
