Upon first impression, our contact appeared very accommodating and friendly. We chose to go with them instead of the Village at Vanderbilt. Upon signing and moving in we paid over $3,000. We were told that if we required to move out before a months stay that the amount could be prorated.nUnfortunately my father passed away, and we only stayed in the apartment for 11 days. They are refusing to refund any money, stating we signed a 30 day lease. We did so with understanding that rent would be prorated any time if we did not stay the entire month.nI feel this agency exploited my family at a very weak vulnerable time. My father was awaiting a transplant, and we were trying every attempt to make this happen so he could live.
