I would give it 0 stars if that was an option. I walked in and the employee making the sandwich had on no mask. When I asked why she said she forgot it. When I asked for my money back they said they could not give it back and then proceeded to swear at me. The worst customer service ever. Subway does not take customer safety seriously. The employees are rude. Shame on them for their behavior. Don’t go here is you value your health.

This location is constantly understaffed and the employees lack the urgency to satisfy the customers with efficient sandwich making. I have come to this location many times and the outcome is always the same. The bread is also stale and old as well as the ingredients. Along with the poor staff management and the mediocre ingredients, this Subway location is a rip off. I payed $44 for 3 sandwiches, 3 drinks, and 2 cookies. At any other Subway, that would normally amount to a significantly lower cost. If you want subway, I recommend going to the one on Franklin Road.

This Subway is a terrible! The bread is old and the ingredients looks expired AND the personal doesn’t knows give a good attention! One star is to much! I don’t recommend to come here!

Just bought 3 sandwiches from this location. Only 1 sandwich was edible. When we tried to get a refund, the owner complained that we were trying to rip him off because someone forced themselves to eat one of the inedible ones because they're diabetic and absolutely needed to eat. The chicken, meatballs, marinara sauce, and olives had all gone bad.

Good store and service but honestly jersey mike's is right down the street. In terms of Subways this is one of the nicest I've been to.
