Always too busy and not enough employees. If you’re going to keep taking to-go orders you need a dedicated crew. You cannot have 3 employees and two are new learning how to make sandwiches.nnYou need 4-5 employees from 10-11am and 6 employees at 11am.nnIf you want to make money you have to spend money on good employees. You’re loosing money as customers walk out when the line is out the door.

Food is great, staff is efficient and courteous. As mentioned by others, parking is a pain and you might as well order ahead. ONLINE ORDERS TAKE PRIORITY OVER CUSTOMERS IN STORE FOR SOME REASON. And don't even think about ordering a hot sub on a lunch break . You'll be fired because you'll never make it back to work on time.

Food was good order taker was annoying I'm not his lady and I know what sub shop I'm at. The other employees were nice and polite.nThank you for asking me to email you. It was the one on Thompson Lane.

Ordered online but it didn't go through for some reason. These guys worked as a team and got my sandwiches made super fast! Thank you very much!

Recently visited the Thompson Lane location. Staff is very unorganized, seemed overwhelmed. Online orders were not ready for customer pickup. Staff needs more training or hire more staff for this location.
