I am a local framer. The customer service here is the greatest in any company, Lumber or otherwise. They save me time, money and are a relief due to their reliability. Not Contractor friendly at all...they will nickel and dime you regardless of how much you spend. Return policy and deliveries are a joke...beware! Best buy elsewhere if you are a Contractor.
