I love this place. They do a great job, very pleasant, very clean, reasonably priced.
The first time I went to this salon I had an issue with wait time. They overbook and expect that that your time is endless and that you will wait. Despite this, I waited and Cindy did a good job on my nails. Weeks later they took the waiting game to a new level. After scheduling, in advance, an appointment for 3pm, I ended up walking out at 4pm with my nails not even started... They didn’t even have the courtesy to offer an apology rather another, “two more minutes” reply. They began doing the pedicure of a woman who came in after me instead of starting my pedicure. These shops are a dime a dozen and given their prices and services are no less different I would highly, NOT recommend.
Both times I've gone recently my nails have lasted really long without chipping!
