I have been going to Keldara for a few years now and love it. I found Meredith Britt, my stylist, and love her work. She has taken the time to teach me about how to have the hair I want - to lay flat, it needs to be cut this way - to get the bulk out, it needs be cut like this, etc. I just got the cutest cut last night and she did a fantastic job! (sorry about the frizz as I forgot to put in product before drying)
I got the Thai ball massage today with Holly. If you sit at a desk all day, this is for you. I would recommend Holly without question. She was amazing.
Nice salon they're careful about spacing. First time and happy with my stylist. Would go back again

Very disappointed with the lack of professionalism and customer service that has drastically changed since COVID-19. I tried to surprise my sister with a spa experience for her birthday and what I was told one was not executed on the following day. The fact she was treated so poorly was rather embarrassing as this was once a place I would recommend co-workers and relatives.
