Awesome place to get a car Mr Stan is great and they will get something worked out for you! I will never go anywhere else. Very professional and they have earned my business for life! They did not have to stay over for me but they did and they were just as happy as I was that I finally found a car that I liked! Thanks Longstreet y’all are all outstanding!

I scheduled an appointment for an oil change online. It was never received by the dealership, because their computer system was down all week. I drove 30 miles for an oil change and they were unable to change my oil because they never received my appointment. The service manager tried his best to make it right by offering me and oil change for $14.95 the following Monday. I accepted his apology and took him up on his offer. The following Monday I arrived early to my appointment. I waited an hour and twenty mins from the time my appointment was scheduled to the time it was complete. When I got back in my car to leave, it smelled like cigarettes. I appreciate the efforts of the manager to do right by a customer, but I would not recommend this service department to to anyone.

Always have a pleasant experience when I visit here. Michelle in service department is very nice and helpful and Sales team are very knowledgeable about there vehicles and help to get you a great deal. I went during a sales event and got the lowest price ever after shopping around for weeks. I definitely recommend them.

Recently bought a vehicle. I’m satisfied with my purchase. A few things could have changed. I was left sitting a few times and I didn’t know where the sales guy went and someone had to go check and see where he was. The car needed detailing and he said they would do an oil change and detail it. I also wanted to be able to use my old tags on my current car. While going over the paperwork I was told a new tag was already requested because he wasn’t sure if I wanted to keep my old tag even though I told the sales guy I did. When I got the truck I bought, although the inside was vacuumed, they DID NOT clean the trunk area and dirt and dog hair is still very visible and that makes me question if they did a rush job like that, was the oil really changed. I was disappointed that time wasn’t spent to thoroughly and properly detail a car a customer came in to pay cash for and after I had spent HOURS at the dealership getting things taken care of.
