Yesterday was the second time I used James With Belvedere Plumbing. Nobody answered the phone when I called the office. I left a message and James called me back shortly afterward. I told him my situation and he showed up after hours and got the job done and Charged me a fair price. No complaints at all and I highly recommend Belvedere Plumbing to anyone who needs a plumber.
I called several years ago after a very bad front came through and froze my out door faucet used to water plants. He said it was repaired and I paid him. Months later when I was finally well enough to go outside I discovered he had cut the faucet off at ground level and capped it. I no longer had an outdoor faucet due to his actions. This angered me greatly. My Dad called him once and he never showed up. I would never recommend this plumber.
James was prompt, efficient, and just an easy person to work with. He communicated with me and got the job done on his first visit. The whole process was just so much more straightforward than I expect an urgent plumbing issue to be, and I appreciate that as a busy mom!

They said they would be at my house at 1 pm. Never showed, no phone call, nothing. So unprofessional. I tried to call and the mailbox was full. Who runs a business this way?
