Best student housing EVER! Lowest prices with furniture and weekly give aways! I get to also live with my best friends and my room has an amazing pool view!

This place has great amenities but when it comes to management, it's the worst. I've had to make several phone calls about the same complaint for months and still nothing has been done. I can't wait until my lease is up. And honestly, it's probably worth breaking the lease at this point.

Great place to live, rates are reasonable and very close to campus. They have a lot of fun events to engage residents. Friendly and welcoming staff. Markus and Elijah are great!

The Cove is a very nice apartment complex! Shout out to the staff, especially Elijah! He is extremely polite and nice and gave me a wonderful tour of the beautiful property! I will definitely recommend to my friends.
