From my first contact with our salesperson, Clete Skipper, to closing on our new house in Rivertown Row, to all the personal attention to detail after the closing, our experience has been exemplary! Clete was always available for all of our questions. He is very professional, and we always felt he had our best interest at heart. We have now come to know the construction superintendent, Matt Grice. He, too, has also been outstanding with customer care...before the closing, and more importantly, after the closing. The staff at Beverly Homes, namely, Christina Harvey, helped us close earlier than we anticipated even in the midst of Hurricane Florence!!! All of the subcontractors we have met have also been extremely prompt, helpful and professional. This being said about the service, we are delighted with our new home. Excellent quality construction and great floor plans. The neighborhood is lovely, peaceful and full of nice neighbors.. We could not rate our experience with Beverly Homes any higher!!!
