Jimmy is a top realtor agent, very professional, experienced extremely helpful, open, transparent always ready to get the best for you. since my 1st purchase in Myrtle Beach he explained everything in a way that was easy to understand from making the offer, to working with the bank and closing. My husband and I have been working with Jimmy McDowell from Anchor Realty for a few years. He helped us to find the perfect condo, and then to find the perfect land for us. Though we live in New York, Jimmy made it easy to find what we were looking for in South Carolina. He dedicated adequate time to us when we were in town so that we could see all the places we were interested in. He also went out of his way to review places for us when we were out of town and we were able to trust his judgement knowing he took the time to get to know us and what we were looking for. We also referred two family members to Jimmy who both bought condos in South Carolina through him. All of us were pleased with his work ethic.
