I LOVE Jersey Mike's, but this location needs to be visited by corporate to get their store in order. I will never return to this store. It is dirty and not properly cleaned by staff. I ordered my usual sandwich and they gave me the soggiest bacon, meat and veggies in the wrong order which ruined the taste, and the staff were very unprofessional. Your whole staff needs retraining and someone needs to deep clean the whole store.
Seldom do it give 5 stars to anything but something outstanding. However I must in this case. Compared to the other Sub Chains, nobody comes close. Very generous amounts of meat, and other ingredients all served with cordial staff make Jersey Mike's the best for a cold cut sub. I can only speak to there Italian Sub, it being so good I haven't tried anything else!
Customer service was great. Very pleasant. Food was excellent. Made subs with requested sides.
I see alot of complaints about cleanliness. I ate here two days ago and proceeded to have the worst case of food poisoning ever.i still to this day can't eat anything but fruit and can't drink anything but powerade and water, I couldn't even drink water at first. Will not be coming here again ever.
The staff was great.. They do need to clean their floors and bathrooms better.. The subs were great! For the price you pay though there should be meat on it other than that good food..
