Food, as always, was good. Prices, as always, was reasonable. I am so happy that they put the post up at the drive through stopping cars from blocking the exit out of the parking lot. However, on our visit today, the cashier walked away from the register without a word in the middle of taking our order to tell another employee that her boyfriend was out front, and at least nine of the store parking spaces were taken by employees vehicles. Everywhere I have ever worked required the employees to park away from the store to allow paying customers places to park.

Just wanted to comment on the speed and efficiency of this Taco Bell. There was 8 cars in line but it moved quicky. The staff knew their job very well and were very polite. Good job team.

Every time I come to this specific Taco Bell my order is wrong, last time it was wrong the manager reassured me that they would fix everything and she was very polite, but again tonight it happened. I always order the same thing, usually I get a soft taco supreme no tomato add sour cream, I received a soft taco just beef and cheese, I understand mistakes happen but then I went inside for it to be corrected and I showed her the taco and my receipt, she said they will remake and I told her make sure no tomatoes! I checked again and it had only beef cheese and lettuce, no sour cream that I payed the extra for. I’m very upset but besides that everything else was delicious, but because this is the nearest Taco Bell from me this is where I choose to go and now I will be driving further to another one because this one can never make it right. Very unsatisfied with my quesadillas as well, got three of them for me and the family, and it was barely cut through and flat all around, not enough of the sauce inside either. I wasn’t happy with my meal at all. Wish I can insert pictures on here because this is unpleasant.

Haven't been there in a long time, dining room open & appreciated mild scent of bleach in these troubled times....had new grilled cheese burrito with chicken..it was awesome great! Really nice, friendly employees, priced reasonably for fast food. This was in Conway .
