Great service even though I ran in 5 minutes to closing. Employees were super helpful in finding the items I needed to work on car fast. Love the prices as well. Super job!
Love Harbor Freight and their deals. However, I live in Whiteville, NC and drove all the way to the store on Church Street in Conway, SC. The item I wanted was in stock according to their website, but when I got there they did not have it in stock. The reason I went was because the item was advertised in one of the many emails that you get from the company itself. I would normally give them a 5, but the only get a 2 this time. I suggest calling before you drive a long way.
The store is phenomenal, and so are the people. But their products break/wear out so easy. Definitely wish their quality would improve, even if their prices had to jump too. Would rather spend an extra couple bucks to get a tool that will last longer than a job or two.
Nothing need be said except, I wish they sold hot dogs and hamburgers. I would still be there. They are going to help me set up my new business, custom tables. Ozzy's shop.
Love this company but the store is a little light on selection. Organized and friendly tho.
