Love this place! They have everything you need. Especially the stuff that's hard to find, like people that can actually help! Big box stores have quantity, not quality. This is the place to go!
I called and the girl who answered the phone was very polite I asked for somebody who specializes in nuts and bolts five seconds later a gentleman gets on the phone .I asked him if he had shaft collars, he walked to the back told me what size he had and the prices and how many he had in stock .when I showed up there they were super friendly showed me where they were and the girl behind the cash register was super sweet definitely will be doing business with them again thank you!
Excellent staff. They always have EVERYTHING i need. Even oddball and specialty stuff. I choose this place over lowes and Walmart ANYDAY
Thinking about buying a Stihl weed trimmer, called Walker's True Value, spoke to a very nice gentleman you said they have them I showed up an hour later and I believe it was the owner then help me out with it. Answered all my questions and it was everything I wanted to hear and I bought it. This is a great True Value location.
My husband purchased a water pump at this store about 4 weeks ago and all of a sudden it stopped working. I tried to return this defective pump to the store and although I could prove I purchased it at their store by showing the entry on my debit card statement they would not take it back. It is defective and they didn’t try to solve the problem at all. I got no advice on how to contact the company that made this pump. They were very uncooperative. Will never go back to this store for anything.
