Love the affordable cuts for my kiddos. They leave notes in the computer for consistent cuts. We never have to wait long. Everyone in Conway was so nice, especially our stylist! She was SO nice and helpful with my son!

Checked in online with an estimated time of 26 minutes. The stylists skipped over my name and never bothered to acknowledge me or why they were not going by their list of checked in clients.nnPeople aren’t here to waste time. Go by the schedule if people check in.

I find this so very frustrating. I usually have a great experience as the staff are very friendly. That said, quality of cut is almost always hit or miss as you do not keep the same stylist. Usually for my own haircuts we never have an issue but my haircut is pretty simple and at most imperfections only last around a week or till I go home and buzz it. (I've only had to do that once.)nnThat said, messing up my wife's hair as they have is a different story. She went in with long hair and asked for a haircut similar to what Ruby Rose has (short sides long top) and even showed pictures to the stylist of what she wanted and I heard her state she wanted to still be able to put it in a ponytail in the end. What she came out with amounts to a crew cut. Even the stylist knew she had messed up and forgotten the instructions at the end but you obviously can't add hair back on.nnMy wife payed and thanked the lady regardless and just joked about making sure it didn't happen to anyone else. I know she was trying to be kind and not raise a fuss but this is too much. She should not be left so distraught it brings her to tears and leaves her having a panic attack about what to do.nnSometimes something as simple as a haircut can be part of someones self image. Please stylists listen to your clients when they tell you what they want. Otherwise you may do irreparable harm, no matter how short lived we think the experience may be because as we all know, time is relevant and mental anguish lasting.

Easy to book appt online with app. Usually not much of a waiting time so it's perfect for people who like to to walk-in appts. The app tells you how long you will need to wait, And it alerts you when it's your turn to go and check in. Not the greatest hair stylists but they are fast. I will continue to go here.
