Before you think about removing a smelly carpet, give Optimum Chem-Dry a try. I totally recommend their services. I was not disappointed, they exceeded my expectations. They're a great mixture of professionalism and sincerity. Whatever anxieties I felt were gone after they cleaned, sanitized and deodorized my carpets (after the tenants moved out). The gentleman came to our house on time and was very professional. He also educated us on the carpets (and the sad state the renters previously left behind) by explaining how he uses a black light to search out pet stains. He thoroughly cleaned all of the carpets and left the place looking like new. I would definitely recommend this company.
