One of the worst landlords I’ve ever had ( Ed Bowen). His property is never taken care of on Stafford st in Plymouth. I’ve had a broken bathroom floor for over 4 months and it has yet to be fixed. He lets black mold grow and never takes care of it. My husband mows the lawn even though we are not allowed to do it but if it wasn’t for my husband our grass would cover the building. Ed Bowen never returns phone calls, never comes to fix anything that is broken unless it’s a cheap fix. The only time he will pick up a phone to call you is if rent is late. $1400 for an apartment he has for rent downstairs from us is a joke the place is a mess there is mold everywhere. Don’t waste your money on a place like this if we could afford to move out we would’ve done so years ago.
