They sold me my house 2.5 years ago in Hull and for the last year I have been trying to get removed from their mailing list. I regularly get large post cards, catalogs, and cultural event mailings from them. Every time I've contacted them I've been told it would be taken care of. The gal even agreed with me that it was unacceptable for me to have to go through all this. I must have sent a total or 6 or 7 emails complaining about this. For my last complaint I was given a number to call. Really? You're really going to make me go through this just to get my name off your list? One time I was told I had been removed from the sales list but somehow was still on the cultural list, yet I continued to get mailings for both. I even very honestly told them I would leave reviews if they didn't stop the mailings. Guess what? Two days ago I received yet ANOTHER mailing about a house for sale. If a company repeatedly violates the federal do not call list they can be fined, but I guess there's no recourse for mailing lists except to exercise my first amendment rights and post reviews. I cannot comment on their real estate skills, but the lack of management of their marketing lists is totally inexcusable.
