Darleen is laser focused on selling your home quickly, with the least inconvenience to you and at the best price. She is a consummate professional with incredible drive for the deal. She's not afraid to tell you what you need to do to your home to make it more salable and she possesses a very practiced eye. There are two things which really set Darleen apart. One is her tenaciousness and positive nature. Confronted with the obstacle of a buyer backing out of our transaction she was onto the next possibility while we were wallowing in our disappointment. Which brings me to the second thing. Darleen has a plan and she's always working it. Because she's at every showing and is a good judge of human nature, she's working to create backups, to position your property best including great digital acumen and to touch back with those showing any interest.
