Patsy was fantastic! we interviewed a number of agents and she blew us away with a plan to stage and market our home that was far better than what any other agent had presented to us. Patsy put her plan into action and her efforts got our home sold, for above asking price, is 36 hours. Truly amazing experience with Patsy!

I sincerely enjoyed working with Patsy! The market in Boston is very competitive, but she was able to get me into a home the day it came on the market, and made sure that I would be able to bring my significant other back later that night so he could see the home as well. Thanks to Patsy's advise, I had an accepted offer the following day! Patsy also came to the home inspection which I really appreciated, especially as a first-time home buyer. I highly recommend Patsy for your real estate needs!
