Great staff, wonderful apartment layouts, kind neighbors and well maintained property!! The maintenance team is great and very prompt to fix any problems that you call in about. The resident portal makes rent payments easy and you can also log maintenance issues there! The entire staff is very helpful, professional, and kind. The Estates team does a great job of making their residents feel at home and welcome, I have only lived here a few months but we love it so far!!

I love the units, and the grounds are well maintained. Maintenance handles all the plowing, etc. and any issues to be fixed in unit are done fast. I like the low maintenance living. Leasing and management team are super nice. It’s usually very quiet, but depending if kids live in surrounding units, it can get noisy on some weekends but it’s not super intrusive. Looking forward to pool and love fitness center.

Built in 2000 by Avalon Bay on 12 acres of the previous “Hall Estate”. Sold in 2006 to Cornerstone and the property management transferred to the current Lincoln Properties.nn20 buildings, each with 8 units (2 down and 2 up on each side of the building) 160 units total. Additional limited garage space for cars or storage.nnThere are two styles of 1 bedroom/1 bath and four styles of 2 bedroom/1 or 2 baths. The upper units include a loft. Limited units include a gas fireplace.nnThis complex has a much more open layout than other local Avalon-built communities which are often more densely built. This complex is in a beautiful rural setting adjacent to woods, a river, and marshland. A path provides direct access to the weir river for fishing or kayak launch. The location is less than a half-mile to Nantasket Beach and the Atlantic Ocean (Massachusetts Bay).nnThe landscaping is immaculate with fresh flowers planted each season and grass and mulch maintained weekly. In the winter a team of workers work hard to clear the snow and shovel the paths.nnIt is a little pricy, but you definitely get the value you pay for. There is a beautiful pool with hot tub, grilling section and an adequate gym center. I lived here for 4 years and my rent increased 6%, 3%, and 2% for my 3 renewals.
