Unfortunately I can't say anything about the company's service. But I can say that I probably met the friendliest and most helpful person there during my last trip down the east coast. On 9/13/16 I was stranded with my girlfriend, two friends and an absolutely destroyed suitcase after we got ditched by our taxi late at night.nUnfortunately I forgot the man's name but although he was still working in his office he drove us all the way up to our house and gave us his business card in case we need help with anything.nIf you read this, sir, thank you once again. You've made our trip way less stressful.
