So happy and wouldn't work with any other realtor after he successfully got me through that very stressful time into the house of my dreams!

He engenders immediate trust from prospective buyers. The most important thing: he tells it like it is. We all need expert guidance in real estate. I have been really impressed with Coast Countryside Properties. They really know the real estate market here on the South Shore of Massachusetts and can tell you what a fair price for a property is as well as what to look out for. The also employ Bill Tierney, who is the best realtor in Cohasset and is very internet savvy!
