Didn't receive any service from there
My mom took her 2017 Ford edge to the this Frank's car wash in July. Paid for the premium wash $30 and they tape up the rear wiper to keep it still during the wash. Wash was good, though lava shield wax is not available at the John c. Calhoun location. Again, it was great.nnI love the tape on the rear wiper which was a good idea and hope y'all probably can do the same for trunk lids to prevent moisture entering the trunk as well.
Excellent customer service. The car wash attendant was thorough in the drying off of my car. He also was quick and courteous. He cleaned my tires very good.
Nice professional experience...I loved how they made sure everything was up to status on my wash.
The outside of my car was exceptionally clean. The inside was vacuumed nicely but I was disappointed that the gentleman didnt wipe the interior down(dash, cupholders, door panels).
