I have no idea why these gentlemen don't have any reviews yet but I aim to correct that.nnMurray is the one I spoke to on the phone and he came out to do the estimate. He was quick and to the point, which I appreciate. Jeborric was the one who actually cleaned the carpets the next day.nnHe enjoys carrying on a conversation but amidst all that, he did an absolute stellar job on this unit. The carpets in this place were probably never cleaned before and the landlady thinks they are the original carpets that came with the unit so AT LEAST 30 years old. After Jeborric was done, they really took on all new life. Even the high traffic areas of the carpet looked a million times better. I was very impressed.nnI don't know the names of any of the products but he did: a cleaning solution first, scrubbed with an electric scrubber and then a thorough steam clean. When he was done, the water was black, like...mud. So yes, this was absolutely worth it. And for the price? Considering how bad the carpet was, I had no problem paying it. They are competitive and seem to be willing to work with clients.nn10/10 and will be hiring again in the future. :>
