I rent a property in Duncan, OK. I called my property manager and he said that these guys would be coming out to fix the issue with my dryer. Didn't hear anything from them for a week, only for a little door hanger to pop up on my front door saying they're sorry they missed me. I work a full time job, as does my wife. We don't have the option of just popping in whenever. Freeman's doesn't set actual appointments, it's just whenever they get to it. I called and complained to my property manager and promptly got a call from the owner. He said they had the wrong number and they'd be out the next day. They didn't bother calling or showing up again. Won't use this service and will not recommend them to anyone.

I would not recommend them at all when it comes to dropping off your appliance for them to work on it. We took our fridge in 3 weeks ago this past friday and the 1st two weeks they never worked on it, all they did was plug it in. when i went by to check on the fridge on a friday, the lady informed me that they only work on stuff in the shop on Mondays the rest of the time they were doing service calls. Last monday they called and said that the compressor was out and had to order one so we said ok. I went to check on the fridge today and the lady behind the counter got an attitude when i asked about the fridge and they informed me that they are at least 2 weeks behind, which was never told to us when we dropped it off. If we had known that we would not have taken it there. If you order parts and fix it yourself the part section is ok. I will not take anything to them after this at all....Customer service is terrible!!!!!

Needing a metal bed frame, I contacted Freeman's Appliance Store.nAfter several bank transactions, and a hefty in-town delivery fee, the frame is now attached with screws, with left over screws taken, but still charged to me.nMy all wood headboard is weakened by the screws, and the matching footboard is in the closet.nTap my name at the top of this page with your finger, and see my other reviews.
