The employees were very friendly and efficient. The office needs better scheduling procedures and could use a larger office with more space for clients. Standing outside in the weather for hours is not a very humane way to deliver customer service. Given these difficulties, the employees have great attitudes and manage customer complaints exceptionally.

We dealt with Josh Berger, he was very helpful, he takes time to explain the answers to our questions in detail. Both Josh and the lady in office are friendly.

WAITED 4 HOURS TO NOT BE SEEN, CAME BACK EARLIER THE NEXT TIME WAITED FROM 11AM FOR 2 HOURS FOR SOMEONE TO COME OUT AT 1PM TO TELL US ALL TO COME BACK ANOTHER DAY THE SYSTEM WAS DOWN. THIS PLACE HAS BEEN THIS HORRIBLE FOR YEARS WITH NO CHANGE. VERY UNHAPPY WITH THE SERVICE HERE.
