For great assistance from a local realtor, i recommend that you make your first stop here.nDebi has been a realtor I can rely on to show me not only the properties im interested in. But she has gone beyond and has seeked out properties that meet my criteria and forwarded me the information. She has been very helpful in my quest for my first home. Shes been a home buyers greatest asset and i look forward to finding that perfect home with her as my realtor.

In response to Mr. Thomure's review. I wanted to first express how much I enjoyed helping him find a home that was the perfect fit for his new family. That's why I'm disappointed in myself that he has this opinion of my business practices. I have been in business roles for many years of my career and make it priority to treat each customer as a friend by going the extra mile. I do understand however how complex the negotiation process is. The process being that the contract goes before the buyer for signatures then the seller wants to negotiate back and you collect more signatures and then you add the closing process and it can get hectic. That's what we are here to do as Realtors is guide the sellers and buyers in the transaction. That brings me to the Butler Team with 145 years of combined experience. I am continually impressed with the knowledge of the agents we have and how they have offered their experience and knowledge to me and welcomed me as a team member. I have hit the ground running in the real estate business because of the team environment and the formula for success instilled in each agent at Butler. I do fully agree with Mr. Thomure about reading and rereading the contract. It is very important on anything you sign. It is my continued hope that they are enjoying their new residence.
