Carter County OSU Extension

The photo showed is not the correct building, that's the Dunlap building on the intersection of Main and A. It's the older Noble Buildings on the corner of A and Broadway, go west in the alley behind the Grace Center to actually find it.

Went here for early voting. The parking is not easy downtown so you might have to drive around to find a parking spot. We parked in the courthouse parking lot just south of the courthouse and walked across the street. The election board office is located just east of the courthouse in a separate building with the door facing north on Hinkle Street. They had people lined up on the back side of the office and once inside it snakes around two hallways. It only took us 30 min. on a Friday morning, not bad. They don't have electronic voting. You have to do it by hand filling in the boxes behind cardboard stands at two tables and then put your ballot through a machine that scans and takes it.
