Nice place, spacious, good for social distancing, clean. Machines are large, new, and efficient. The best part is the NO CASH OR COINS REQUIRED for anything from snacks and drinks to laundry supplies from the vending machine. Just load up your wash card and get on with it. No attendant on staff in the evening that I was aware of, but I suppose someone comes to lock the doors at night. I have not used the restroom, so no advice or assessment to offer on it.nnDespite negative reviews I have seen about the Forest Hills location, I tried it anyway. Same experience, and the male attendant I encountered in the daytime was very pleasant and WORE HIS MASK effectively. I didn't like using it so much at night for the simple fact that it is very dark and lonely over there when all the other nearby businesses close. Maybe they could get agreement from Garner PD to drive through periodically or lobby the landlord to solicit businesses that stay open later to rent the empty space next door.

4/07/21 new entry. The bathroom has bugs and I let the attendant know. She stated I clean the bathroom.nnThe machines are full of dried up powered detergent from the last customer. I don't want to use someone else detergent and get an allergic reaction. I checked at least 5 of the 3.00 machines. The detergent is also on the inside of the doors. This one has falling already.

I love this laundromat. It is clean and easy to use and everything is at a resonable price. I will come here all the time to wash clothes.
