The crew arrived on time and were very professional. They completed all work in a timely manner and were careful to put protective coverings over our hardwoods. After they left, an issue arose and they went above and beyond to make sure it was corrected in a quick manner.
Guys did a fantastic job. I just moved into a rental with some heavy pet smells. They were really thorough in their explanation of everything. Guys even crawled around smelling the carpet before and after to take care of a few pet smells. Couldn't have asked for better service.
They did an amazing job! Would recommend to all! They scheduled me quickly, came early even, and did an awesome job!
Joe & Jimmy were great very professional . They came in did assessment on the carpet gave there recommendation. My carpet smell fresh for now. So far I will use his company again.
We have been thinking about replacing our carpets due to two dogs that made it theirs, but with a baby on the way we broke down and decided to give it a clean. Our carpets are rough and I honestly was skeptical about the whole carpet cleaning process. Our tech Joe, was very knowledgeable and explained to us the condition of our carpet and that it was near it’s end. When he finished I was shocked on how well it turned out. If joe gave us another couple of years with our carpets then we are extremely grateful . Thank you again carpet pros for your professionalism and hard work!
