This is NOT a local plumber. It is a feeder system called homeadvisor.com. The person spoke good English with an accent but was slow and clearly didn't know anything about the area. I live in a very small town and the number of plumbers is also very small. So for me there was no benefit. They were just looking to send business to a plumber I had likely already called only to drive up the cost of service. Deceptive marketing...
This company takes pride in their work. I've used them two times on my home for plumbing issues and always been pleased with the service. I would highly recommend them if you ever need a plumber.
