I’ve used Snappy Lube a number of times and have always received good service. The team members are friendly and knowledgeable.
The guys at this Snappy Lube were great! I want the business to do everything they can do to keep their employees warm on a cold day like this. It is cold in the bay.
I was warned before my first time here. But I chose to ignore that warning. Went in for an inspection. With 100% perfect, outstanding best wipers I’ve ever had on a car. I forgot to specifically say the wipers are fine. I go across the street to eat and sure enough, five minutes later, the call, your car needs new wipers or we can’t pass it. Held hostage. I had no choice but to give in after they refused twice to leave the perfect ones on. I blame myself for falling prey to these tactics. Don’t do what I did. Take your car someplace else. To the owners, you may think you can endlessly use tactics like this to screw the people who are bringing you business. I for one will never return. And to the readers I suggest you do the same.
