I know it’s Christmas and probably so busy. I called to ask if they were opened and if they had what I was looking for. When I called the first time to ask they hung up on me after my first question. So I called again..told them hey I just got hung up on but I have a question and they hung up on me againud83dude10 I work in customer service and I know how busy it can get but this was just so rude. It’s the holidays and No reason to be rude and hang up on customers trying to call your business. Thanks for nothing.

Called twice trying to ask if they carried a specific item. Both times I was hung up on before I even got my question out. Employee was in too much of a rush to listen.

If this wasn't the only gas station on my way to the interstate, I probably wouldn't stop here. It's pretty hard to get in and out and they seem to have an above average number of pumps that freeze up and then you have to drive to the next one. They also have one of those payment screens that literally makes you go through a half dozen+ steps before you can pump, where other BPs may have half that. I have literally had to hit credit 3 times on occasion (don't we have the technology to detect that?)

Employee was unhelpful and rude. He was at the cash register but on the phone. After 5 mins I asked if he was going to be while and he just said yes and nothing more. When I suggested he could have told me that so that I could go to the other register he was very rude. Never coming back here again.

Stopped at 11 pm and it was closed. Was running on fumes at the time, and used almost all of my gas in a last-ditch attempt to reach this gas station, only to find it closed. Ran out of gas in my girlfriend's parents' driveway. Her dad had to give me some from a gas can and escort me to an ACTUAL 24 hour gas station. 1/10 would not recommend.
