Jack is amazing and provides Great value! He is hands down one of the best plumbers in the greater Charlotte area. He is reasonably priced, honest, knowledgable and very hard working and I am happy that I discovered his services within the past year. I refer him to all my clients and use him on my personal home if I ever have a plumbing issue. He just added an entire bathroom for my parents and they absolutely love jack.

With a newborn baby, it was especially important to get my family's water heater fixed fast when it stopped working at the beginning of this winter. Jack's fast response and skilled assessment and repair had us back up and running in no time, and at an affordable cost. Open Water has become our trusted advisor on all things plumbing, and we highly recommend them.

Jack was absolutely fantastic. He wasn't on time - he was EARLY! He took care of the job from start to finish installing two toilets in our rental property. The seal looks great, he hauled away the old toilets, AND he repaired a shower handle free of charge. I am very happy with his work and would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a plumber/handyman ASAP!

This company was recommended by a neighbor and I could not be more happy with the service they provided! When we realized we had a semi serious water heater problem, Open Water Plumbing was very responsive, not only with calls and text to help me ensure the problem did not get worse but also made it a priority to get to are home to repair the issue the next day. I would happily use them again, and the price was extremely reasonable! 5 star!
