I would NOT recommend this place as they falsely advertised their “everything” package. Includes everything it says all over their signs for $20.00 yet when I put my card in and got receipt it charged me $25.00. When I went in to the “assistant manager” to ask why I was charged the extra $5.00 when your signs clearly state that including everything would cost $20.00. She informed me that this was a totally new package and it was $5.00 more. How much falser can you be when you have signs everywhere around your car wash $20.00 for EVERYTHING but all of a sudden it’s now $25.00? She says I understand but when I asked for my $5.00 back she refused to do so. Then I asked for the manager # because my truck was not even fully cleaned she just pointed at a business card!!!! Pretty unprofessional in my opinion.

I will be canceling my monthly payment here. I sat in the aldi parking lot and watched 2 workers go inside the office. I called 4 times and they didn’t answer. I approached her about it and she made an excuse that she was on her cell . I called the office phone. There was 2 of them in there. I sat here and watched. They still continued to lie to my face. On top of that, she got real rude when I asked why she didn’t answer when there was 2 of them there. People get angry when you call them out on their lies. Maybe if this place would hire workers that are in good health, they wouldn’t be so lazy. She could barely get off the curb she was sitting on.

Could not get the mat cleaner to work. Other than that, the place is convenient. The people on the wash side were very nice, the lady on the vacuum side wasn't very helpful.

Great car wash if not to your liking they will do it again to make you happy. Great people always willing to help. And a great deal 20 bucks for unlimited washes once a day for a month.

My car broke down in the Aldi’s parking lot tonight. I worked on trying to get it to start for at least 30-45 minutes before I decided to ask one of the guys working at Hugo’s for a little assistance. These guys went above and beyond to try and work on the car and get it started. When there was a customer, they would rotate to make sure their customer was taken care of and so was I. They offered to drive me home, call a friend mechanic, and so much more. The guys made sure I was safe and never in harms way (creepy men trying to see if I needed help, etc). They even talked on the phone with my bf who was out of town in hopes he could guide them in the right direction. Chivalry is not dead, folks. I am forever thankful for these three guys. Shamefully, I never caught their name, but they (3 employees working 11.11.20 around 6 PM - I think one was named Shane or Sean?) deserve an award for their kindness. I’ve never used the car wash, but I will now thanks to those three men. After 3 long hours and a tow later, I’m home safe and sound. Thanks, Hugo’s, for hiring great guys.
