I lived here for about 18 months while planning to buy a house with the intention to break the lease once I found a house. I enrolled in their optional credit score program so when you make a rent payment every month it helps your credit score and also shows the loan company you can pay your rent fee. This service helped me get a great loan. When you break your lease early you must notify them 60 days in advanced with one month of rent as a penalty which I understood upon signing. So basically once my offer was accepted I notified the office I was leaving so it worked out perfectly cause it takes two months to close on a house. What was great about this was I was not pressured to find a house. I did not use their amenities so can’t leave a review about that.

I moved into Stone Ends in 2016 and I can honestly say this is the best experience renting.nThe Management, maintenance and staff are very professional and efficient. Ms. Rene the manager an absolute gem. Carlos maintenance experienced in his field. The landscape is always well kept, the grounds always clean and the building are rodent free.nI absolutely recommend this complex to everyone as it is really an inclusive environment that is very diverse with great neighbors.

Spoke to the regional manager of HG Living today, Colleen Guthrie. Called her in regards to numerous complaints all of which were answered unfavorably. One being the amenities offered by the complex that draws people to want to live here, not being able to be used. Also, after being downgraded to a less suitable apartment after a neighboring units fire resulted in my apartment to be deemed inhabitable but paying the same amount in rent. I was moved to a smaller, less luxurious apartment, all the while stil paying the same amount. A 750 square foot unit for $1800 per month - more than a mortgage! My previous apartment was 850 square feet bit is no longer listed on the complex site. I would not recommend this complex or any complex managed by HG living to ANYONE. Their vendors are sub-par along with their staff. Cant wait until my lease is up so I can move to somewhere more caring of their residents. The only offer given to me was if I cant pay rent their are payments plans available, which is far from the point I am making.

I can’t say enough good things about the team at Stone Ends, who helped me move in recently. Dan has been amazing, as have Ruth, Tammy and the manager, Renee. They are professional, courteous, responsive and very accommodating. The property is very well-maintained, secure and there is plenty of parking. I highly recommend this pet-friendly living community!

The staff went above and beyond the call of duty and they all deserve a medal. I have been looking for an apt. for over a year. The staff kept in touch with me and found the perfect apt. They met all of my expectations. If I could give them 100 stars, I would!! Thank you Renee, Ruth and Dan. from David Ball.
