I had a couple of friends that had used Andrew's service in the past and they highly recommended him. He did a great job helping me along the way and was very attentive to the details of the sale of my home. As an example, when I uploaded my pictures, he recommended changing the order so that I showed the inside of my house first. He felt that was he most impressive aspect of my house and I agreed. I had 35 people come to my open house and received multiple offers over asking within days of my listing going live. I would highly recommend Andrew if you are considering selling your home.

This was an excellent option for the sale of our home in Western Massachusetts. We were impressed with Andrew's knowledge and willingness to provide advice during the process. The online process is easy to navigate, and Andrew is responsive to any questions. We liked that he provided a sign under his company name, though we didn't need it because we received multiple offers during the few days it took for shipping! I would highly recommend the flat fee listing service through Andrew Hillman to anyone who has the ability, time and resilience to act as their own agent.

I worked with Andrew for four months while I was selling my home. He helped me with every question that I had and went above and beyond to assist in working out the kinks in my transaction as a Seller. Additionally, I learned a lot about real estate from his service that I did not know previously. This was a great service to use and I would highly recommend to anyone if you do not intend to utilize a Seller's Agent while selling your home. This process could not have been more streamlined than it was. All necessary information (including explanation) to all documentation was provided from the start. I could not have asked for more as a FSBO Seller. I highly recommend this service!

I have used InstaMLS to sell 3 homes in Massachusetts over the last 10 years. I have a lot of experience with listing agencies. InstaMLS's service is top notch but it's more than that. I may have paid for a limited service listing but nothing felt limited from start to finish. They have killer customer service and this is what counts most. My late night emails always received a late night response. They know all the tricks of marketing and selling and they teach you how to execute them. The best part is that InstaMLS provides how-to knowledge so you do not make costly mistakes. I keep telling Andrew to write a book to share his wealth of knowledge with others. Incredible service. Remarkable broker.

Andrew Hillman was heaven sent! I searched online for a month trying to find a reputable, trustworthy and reasonable service to list my home on MLS so I could sell it myself to save realtor fees. A friend referred me to Andrew and after reviewing his website and asking him a few questions I went ahead and listed with him as an MLS only listing. I paid $350 and ended up selling my home myself within 5 days (the first call I got for a showing - 20 minutes after the listing went live - was the person who bought it). During the entire process, Andrew was extremely helpful and available - even during the evening hours (up until 10pm sometimes) and always returned my calls. I WILL highly recommend Hillman Realty to anyone looking to buy or sell.
