This is the absolute worst dry cleaning facility. Go elsewhere, do not go here. They lost my husband's shirt then made us wait two months before we could even discuss a refund. After I had returned to the cleaners five times to speak with the manager (who was always conveniently either gone for the day or on break) I finally reached her on the phone. She was supposed to call us but after we didn't receive a call we called them. We wanted to resolve this issue. She then proceeded to tell us we had to provide receipts of how much we paid for the missing shirt and the original tags.nnWhat a joke! Without that information, the manager said, we couldn't get a refund. Or, they could give us a credit for $30. Where did $30 even come from? Why would we accept a credit when we'd go through the same mess we were currently enduring. Long story, long, we will never see any money and I will tell everyone to stay away from them. They rob you of your items and your money. What a trashy business!

I was excited to find a cleaners close to home and quick turn around. My first cleaning was great, but every time since then it has progressively gotten worse. I have found random spots on my clothes that weren't there when I dropped them off. They even claimed they couldn't clean stains out of a white shirt that They put there and nobody there told me i found out after i had paid and got home to find a note on them. My dress shirts have shrunk and come back covered in what I'm praying is just starch. I will not be taking my stuff there ever again!

Took a pair of capris in for altering. First when I went to pick them up 3 weeks later, they could not find them and then when I called another day they tried to convince me that they had given the pants to my husband when he picked up his slacks (spot was not removed from these). My capris were not given to my husband. So my slacks, (which were new) have been lost, and they are trying to blame him. Will never take another item to them. Ted Williams, the original owner of Williams Cleaners, would have never put up with this kind of customer service. It’s a shame his name is still attached to it.
