Horrible Customer Service - Dropped off 9 new shirts but only picked up 5. When I mentioned this to the lady working she said that I only dropped off 5 (and counted 1, 2 3, etc). I returned home to rummage thru my trash and fortunately found the receipt that showed 9 total shirts. When I returned to the store there was no apology and I was charged for the missing shirts. This review is not about having to pay $5, but more about how there was no apology for me having to rummage thru trash to prove I was missing shirts and not lying. I politely told the lady that I would not be returning and she acted as though she didn't care. Maybe this dry cleaners already has enough business without mine. A simple apology would have been sufficient. Just frustrated but glad I was able to locate the receipt.
Not easy to get to but worth the hassle for the price!
We were called about a comforter that had been left there for five years. It had our name on it but we have never seen it before. We use a friendly cleaners at Wilshire and Kerr...have for many years. Based on the experience I had just picking up something there is no way we will ever walk into your business, any location, ever. If you are the owner/manager of Four Seasons, you have a serious attitude problem in Leland...good luck in solving it.

So Honest they returned wedding ring and jewelry left in a pocket and refused my thank you tip. Highly recommend that we support this small business...show them honesty still counts!
