First time stop by this store in years living here in Wilmington. It's basically Ace Hardware store, they have everything, gentleman was very helpful and help me to find everything what I needed !!! Please do not rely on the ladies who work at the front just as a cashier... that's it.... Due to this pandemic it does not matter what health condition you are!!! you have to have mask!!! just like everywhere you go!! if you cannot wear masks you can always do a curbside pickup, or send someone else !! This is not a store falt!! They didn't set a pandemic guidelines!! Complain to our governor ! not a store!!

Told to leave because medical condition inhibits wearing a mask. As a disabled veteran I am extremely offended by the poor customer service and disregard for health conditions. Manager was conveniently unavailable as well. Our company and friends will take our business to friendlier establishments.

I came in with a semi difficult job . I have 10 set of keys that I needed 2 made of each for 3 master sets. They young man helped me promptly when I got in the store and immediately started it. He heaven labeled each bag so I know when set went which either. The ladies at the front registers were friendly and helpful. Myself and at The UPS store off Military cut off will continue to return here for our buisness needs!

Had the worst experience of my life here the older lady’s in this place are not good at helping anyone. I would just about be willing to pay you not to go.

I went to Craft American Hardware bright and early the morning after Hurricane Isaias to purchase a gas-powered chainsaw. I’d only ever owned an electric chainsaw so I needed assistance in picking one out. Scott was awesome in helping me, assembling the chainsaw, and doing a test run to ensure it worked before I purchased it. He gave me numerous helpful tips, which I noted in my phone so that I would remember them, and he specifically pointed out the type of blade, chain, and fuel I would need. My husband and I have both been happy with the power of our new Stihl chainsaw and I am grateful for the good service that did not include calling me “darlin” or asking me what I was buying for my husband. Thank you!
