This company is awesome. They were friendly to talk to on the phone, got a truck to us within 24hrs, and we are about 2 hours away. The driver was awesome, great info and great tips for future prevention. These people genuinely care about the customers and the quality of the job they do. Not to mention the most affordable company around! Thank you for doing what you do and doing it so well!!

What a wonderful company to work with in getting my septic tank cleaned out. They were so friendly, kind and professional. Top notch service. Came out the same day I called and the gentleman who came out was very thorough, kind and did a wonderful job! I would recommend them to anyone needing septic tank service.

They were very knowledgeable and professional. Called to let me know when they were on their way. Fit me into their busy schedule. They both worked very hard to locate my septic tank and made sure both tanks were emptied. They were great at answering all our questions and explained everything they were doing. Called several septic tank companies today and was told they did not service Columbia/ Tyrrell County or didn't know when they could get to me. Called Bennie A. Moore septic tank service and the receptionist was polite and courteous and told me she could have a truck at my house within an hour. She told me what the cost would be as well. Kip was the person that came. He was on time courteous and professional and explained what he was going to do. He made sure everything was working properly after he finished pumping out the tank before he left. Kip is an asset to your company.Would recommend this company for your septic tank needs.
