Appt was made with this business to have shower head checked for low pressure. They did not show up. This happened 3 days in a row. They just kept making excuses, lying and never showed up. Ridiculous

It was good he came the first day told us the problem, was to come the next day to replace our hot water heater. We were having several guests for Thanksgiving never showed up, called two days later saying he had to go out of town. He said he would be here today Monday never showed and never called. We had 10 people for the holidays and we had no hot water. Not a way to run a business, so called someone else he came right and replaced our hot water heater thank goodness a hot shower after 5 days....Thank twice about using this person....

Donny and his crew were very professional and friendly. They also worked fast. I would call them again if I have any plumbing related issues.
