I recently conducted a personal business transaction with Mr Carl Stewart, owner of Action Services Company. I found him to be extremely honest, fair dealing and gentlemanly. We spoke about his family company, and I was impressed with his obvious dedication to the welfare of his employees in these trying financial times, and his similar dedication to his customers. While I did not use patronize the business of Action Services Co., I certainly would in the future, and urge you to as well, based on my dealings with Mr Stewart.
Action is comprised of professional people who do the job right! From the owner Mr. Stewart to the new apprentices, these people are exceptional in what they do!! I highly recommend Action!!

I am in the process of completely finishing my basement, and I used Action Services to do all of the necessary plumbing work. I worked closely with Doug, and I cannot say enough good things about him. His work is not only of the highest quality, more importantly to me, he took the time to really explain to me all of the ins-and-outs of the jobs he performed. He wanted to leave me with the knowledge and understanding of the work, which I found invaluable. In this process, I have worked with many other trades (electricians, HVAC, etc.), and Doug outshines them all. He was very responsive, personable, and always on time or early. I highly suggest Action Service Company of Statesville - ask for Doug!
