Reached out due to hard water and other issues related to the water throughout the house. Eddie's initial consultation was free yet very detailed. Did not rush and was willing to go over as much as possible regardless of time. The install crew was prompt, professional, and extremely courteous. Eddie arrived the morning of install to ensure all was ready. Although the price was a little higher than we wanted, the value and quality was well worth it.

They installed the Hague water filtration system for our house with professional care. Top notch work. Did a great job and explained everything clearly. Upgraded aging item in the pump house and improved pressure. We received great service and know they will be around to help use take care of the system. We are happy with this investment

The entire team at NC Water were very knowledgeable, professional, and responsive. The initial water assessment was eye opening and they certainly know their stuff. The install went without an issue and the crew was very cognizant of providing exactly what we want, explaining how the filter works, and keeping a clean working environment. We were a bit skeptical on just how big a difference this would make but now can appreciate the big difference in water quality. Definitely recommend.

Installed a new home total water treatment system.nEddie did an excellent job at testing the water and recommending a solution. The installing crew was great. Christian, Kevin, and Chris were very polite, polished, and installed without any issues. Christian spent a good amount of time explaining the system in detail to me. Overall they did an excellent job.

My husband and I are so happy with our purchase and installation of this water softener/reverse osmosis filter/UV light system. Every employee that we worked with from North Carolina Water Consultants was extremely professional, knowledgable, and efficient. The day of installation was seamless. We were adequately prepared and knew what to expect from our conversation with the office and consultation. The installers arrived on time and were friendly, professional, clean, and well organized. We love the system that was installed. What a difference in the quality of water to our home. I would highly recommend using North Carolina Water Consultants to anyone looking to fix their hard water and drinking water to their home.
